Routine maintenance control system
A system that allows simple management of all data on reported defects on the road network. It is independent of the existing territorial arrangement, and in terms of further configuration it is fully open to the users’ emerging needs and requirements. It represents a comprehensive solution for routine road maintenance. It is used mainly for road inspections in accordance with Act No. 13/1997, in particular Regulation No. 104/1997 Coll., and the recording of defects and management of processes associated with the assignment of repairs, verification and repair of defects and the economic evaluation of routine maintenance.
Two versions of the application = one functional whole.
The web application is used particularly for working in the comfort of an office. The Mobile Client is designed for work in the field – the acquisition of new records of detected defects. Both versions of the application form a functional whole, through which users can effectively perform the prescribed inspections of roads.

- Mobile Client for data collection in the field using GPS and automatic transfer of data to the central repository – this enables the transfer of data directly from the place where the defect is detected.
Records of defects
Allow work with data on defects of the road network, from their detection by an inspector to the repair of the defect and handover for use. For defects, their relation to the road network and their exact location are established clearly (WGS-84 and S-JTSK coordinates). They can be displayed on a map together with other data layers. The module allows interactive management and editing of data, including the option of attaching documents. All activities are recorded in the History of changes. The system includes user roles in relation to activities in the individual work processes. For example, it is possible to define who will process a requirement for maintenance inspection, who will decide about assigning a repair, who will perform the repair, etc.. This is an important control mechanism allowing the client to conduct operative control of the state of dealing with repair requirements on-line and to focus specifically on the quality of repairs conducted by contractors.
Management of inspection routes
The road network is divided among inspectors into so-called inspection routes.
Overview of inspections carried out
Because the road network is divided into inspection routes, the implementation of statutory inspections can be monitored for each section of the network. The conducted inspections of the road network are recorded in the form of a clearly readable calendar for each inspection route. The module thus provides supervisory authorities with information on the dates of inspections of any section of the road network, and also on defects detected in inspected sections.
Records of guarantees
Records of guarantees are used to record and control warranty periods.
This module allows the creation and recording of handover protocols with regard to repaired defects that might affect the assessed action.
Summer maintenance logbook
The schedule specifies the staff, vehicles and mechanisms in operation and records the weather conditions. All routine maintenance operations are recorded in chronological order and road traffic safety is ensured in accordance with an approved schedule and the classification of economic activities.
